Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel a service at any time by providing written notice via email to ceo@fever19.com.
Notice Period: For ongoing projects or service packages, we require at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
Project-Specific Cancellations: For one-time projects, cancellation requests must be submitted prior to project commencement. Once work has started, partial fees may apply.
2. Refund Policy
Service Fees: Refunds are provided at our discretion based on the stage of work completed.
Non-Refundable Fees: Any work already delivered, custom designs, or consultations may not be refundable.
Payment Processed: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Modifications to Services
Clients may request modifications to ongoing projects. Significant changes may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to adjust timelines and costs based on the scope of modifications.
4. Exceptions
Third-party fees (e.g., paid ads, software subscriptions) are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons beyond our control, including client delays in providing necessary information.
